Drawing:
The drawing of the winning tickets will be based on the UK Lotto Saturday night draw
which can be viewed here
There are 49 balls, with 6 selected as 'prize balls' and a 'bonus ball'. Each of these
7 balls will win a prize from the Prize fund.
All 49 tickets must sell for the Lotto Results to stand. If all tickets do not sell,
we will postpone to the next Saturday draw for a total of 4 draws. If after that not
all of the 49 tickets have sold all tickets will be refunded and the draw will start
over.
In addition, players buying tickets may list a person who referred them to the
lottery. In doing so players may compete for the bonus referral prize of 100 million isk instant cash payout OR one (1) free ticket in the next Lucky 7s Mega Lottery.
How to play:
1. Choose your number(s).
2. Post here with the numbers you have chosen
3. Transfer your ISK to the character 'Lucky 7s' he is in the Corporation Lucky 7s
Entertainment please be careful confirming that you are sending isk to correct
character as we are not responsible for misdirected funds. Please confirm that you
have the correct amount of isk for the number of tickets you wish to purchase. Please
also INCLUDE the numbers you are buying in the reason section.
If you wish to purchase numbers as a gift for some other pilot then please put their
name next to the numbers you are purchasing for them eg:
33, 35-39, 40 Joe 41, 44 where Joe is the giftee and the numbers to the left of Joe
are for the person sending the isk.
You must post with the same character that deposits the ISK. Failure to do so will
result in you not claiming those numbers and the ISK may be forfeit! Before claiming
your numbers please review the numbers previously chosen and also check the latest
replies.
Once the draw has been completed, I will notify the winners via eve-mail to arrange
the contracting of prizes. Winners will have 72 hours to claim their prize. Should
they fail to do so, their prize will be forfeited unless agreed before hand.
Winners will be sorted into an order from 1st choice to 7th choice dependent on when
they bought their tickets (based on when ISK is transferred to the character named
Lucky 7s. The 1st choice gets first pick, 2nd choice 2nd pick, and so on. Winners have
24hours to send me a list with their preferred order of prizes numberred 1-7 eg. 1
being the most wanted 7 being if they had last choice.

rounded down. but if you look at my new lottery that is not sold out this will follow every other. ie. for round 2: the first will round down, the second will round up the third will round down. (in order to somewhat even it out.)Also i have started the Fantastic 50s Lottery as well which can be found here.

numbers are correct though in incorrect order for my next lottery (if thats what youre referring to). And only 1 prize per ticket in that case it wouldve been rounded to the next ticket up. |

In light of the problems, which ill admit had not been forseen, I have edited the rules to be more in line with ethical business practices. In addition I have decided then that the prizes using averages will be done away with in this lottery AND the next round and will be using the first 4 numbers from the UK national Hotpicks lottery which can be found here
NOTE: 1 prize per ticket, should a duplicate ticket arise the next consecutive hotpicks lottery winning number will be used.
Round 2 has had its rules changed to the following: The first 1-7 prizes will still be picked from the UK National Lottery but differently in order to counter balance the fact that the lottery apparently has its results posted in numerical order the order of prizes will be determined. To wit: the first 7 prizes will still be picked from the UK national lottery numbers BUT will be ordered as prizes in the lottery such that if the first number in the string is odd, the count will start from the bonus ball and continue on to every other number; if even will come from the front like so:
01 20 25 27 31 47 49
order would be: 49,31,25,01,47,27,20 (aka once you reach the end of the chain you start over)
if like so:
02 20 25 27 31 47 49
would be: 02,25,31,49,20,27,47.
order would be: 02,25,31,49,20
Same rules apply to the Hotpicks lottery: Ie 1-7 awarded from the UK national and the same counting scheme is used in the picking of the 8-11 prizes.
To sum up:
If numbers from the lotteries were like this:

Hot Picks:
05 21 28 39 40 42 45
winners from 1st to last would be:
49,31,25,01,47,27,20,45,40,28,05,42 for a total of 11 numbers.

I had felt this way as well tbh, HOWEVER, from the number of complaints I recieved and because this was very much not intended in the design of the game it was intended to be even handed, I had suggested the alternate method which was fair and balanced to the best of my ability but was flawed in that the site i was using was selling them as seperate lotteries.
Even so you are not in this lottery. If any pilots who entered have issues with how the lottery was conducted you may address your issues to me. To the winners, and to the gracious loosers; my thanks.

Since I have spoken with most of the winners and a few other contestants; I have made it official. I will have chribba generate the numbers and THOSE WILL BE THE FINAL RESULTS. IF you are a current winner and think this unfair I will refund your tickets in full. If not I appreciate your understanding and hope you win.
